Quantity discounts start when you purchase more than one license of the same
type at the same time. The discount percent is calculated by the formula:
(Quantity -1) * Discount Percent per License
to a cap of 30%.
For example, 5 Server Licenses are 20% off: (5 - 1) * 5% = 20%
