When purchasing deployment licenses, you may wish to be able to keep your runtime deployments up-to-date with free maintenance upgrades or version releases and the ability to transfer licenses should you need to. Deployment maintenance also includes level 2 technical support: we will assist your developers in resolving JNBridgePro-related issues for your deployment licenses. JNBridge does not provide direct technical support to your application end-users.
Developer Support and Deployment Maintenance is an annual, fee-based program. If you do not choose this option and later decide that you need to upgrade, you will have the option of either (1) paying the then-current support and maintenance fee retroactively to the date of license acquisition, or (2) paying full price for new licenses.
