Support and Maintenance

JNBridge JMS Adapter for BizTalk Server

When purchasing the JNBridge JMS Adapter for BizTalk Server, JNBridge strongly recommends that you also take advantage of our Support and Maintenance package. Support and Maintenance provides you with a full set of services to ensure that you receive full support when using your Adapter. Support and Maintenance is an annual, fee-based program. Its features include:

  • Free maintenance upgrades and version releases.
  • Priority technical support with online access to our dedicated engineers via email.
  • Guaranteed one business day response time. In practice, response times will be within a few hours. Engineers are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Mountain Time, except holidays.

Support and Maintenance is an annual, fee-based program. If you do not choose this option and later decide that you need to upgrade, you will have the option of either (1) paying the then-current support and maintenance fee retroactively to the date of license acquisition, or (2) paying full price for new licenses.
